Every provider, pharmacy, security, certification, coverage, insurance, support, and partner claim is controlled by an internal approval system. Specific partner names, credentials, logos, or operational claims only appear publicly once reviewed and approved.
Privacy and discretion
Your account, assessments, and care path are handled with care. Personal support is routed privately, without unnecessary exposure.
Provider-guided care
Clinical services are reviewed by appropriately licensed providers through approved care partners where required.
How clinical review works
When a care path involves a clinical service, your intake is routed to a provider for review. You'll see what requires review before you begin.
Pharmacy and fulfillment partners
Prescription fulfillment is coordinated through approved partners. Our medical team and pharmacy providers are listed on the FAQ.
Security and data handling
ME is designed with a secure member experience in mind. Your health answers are never placed in a web address or shared for advertising.
